Criminal Penalties
Any person found to have operated, administered, contributed to, or knowingly accessed this domain in connection with CLF activities is liable to prosecution under NDRC law. Penalties include:
- Category A Offence: Indefinite detention without trial for organisers, administrators, and financiers of proscribed organisations
- Category B Offence: Up to 10 years detention for knowingly distributing or hosting CLF propaganda materials
- Category C Offence: Fines, enhanced monitoring, and mandatory re-education for accessing or sharing proscribed content
Failure to report known CLF activity is itself an offence under the Citizen Reporting Protection Act 2024.
